The bellhop and housekeeping team were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Our room was larger than expected, with a sleek modern minimalist design, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly comfortable bedding—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the water pressure and temperature were consistently excellent. Bonus points for the complimentary minibar and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. From the moment we arrived on the mountain, every detail was thoughtfully handled—from the driver who welcomed us with a smile, to the restaurant supervisor and service staff who went above and beyond. Even the housekeeping team showed genuine care throughout our stay. One standout moment was seeing Mr. Liu personally leading training sessions or meetings at the parking area; it’s clear his team is well-trained and genuinely passionate about hospitality. And of course, the famous Baiyun Pork Trotters lived up to their reputation—we ordered them multiple times! The peaceful atmosphere, attentive staff, and authentic local flavors made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-organized escape with exceptional service.
