Just step out and hop on the metro—connecting to Line 2 for airport transfers is super convenient. With multiple transfer options (Lines 8, 10, 12, 13, 14), getting around Shanghai is seamless. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, not chaotic like some central areas. There’s a small convenience store right outside with friendly staff—stock isn’t as extensive as a full-sized chain, but everything essential is available. Right around the corner, there’s a great little food spot serving fresh hot rice noodles, plus a local breakfast joint with steamed buns and congee—perfect for quick meals. I also appreciated that deliveries can be sent straight to my room door just by providing the room number. Housekeeping was flexible—I could request cleaning anytime before 4 PM, and the cleaner was polite and thorough. The front desk team were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
