We had to ask staff for help carrying them up the stairs, but they were very accommodating. Since we arrived late, only one room was available—the 2402 river-view unit. The view was absolutely breathtaking, whether during the morning light or at night. The next day, the concierge upgraded us to Suite 1905, a spacious and well-designed room. While it didn’t have a full river view, the layout was excellent, and the space felt airy and clean. I even took a short video of the room (the one we stayed in the second day) to share with others. What really stood out was the service—our concierge was friendly, responsive, and attentive. Any small request we made was handled promptly, and their professionalism made the stay feel personal and comfortable.
