The Ritz Residence Sumida exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive—when I noticed there weren’t enough beds upon arrival, I called the front desk and they responded immediately. They quickly arranged an extra bed without any hassle. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable.
