The worst part was the poor sound insulation—I could hear noises from downstairs even late at night. Staff responses were slow and not particularly friendly. That said, the price was reasonable for what it offered, so it might suit budget travelers who don’t mind minimal comfort. However, I wouldn’t choose this property again if given another option. For better value and quality, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.
