The hotel went above and beyond: they wrote our anniversary message on the mirror and even brought a little cake — such a thoughtful touch! 🙏 Located in one of Jakarta’s most upscale neighborhoods, the vibe feels remarkably like Singapore — elegant and vibrant. Dining options are super convenient; just a 5-minute walk to Kuningan City Mall, perfect for grabbing a bite anytime. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet was incredibly diverse and delicious — I couldn’t resist having seconds (and thirds!) 😁. This place offers incredible value and an unforgettable stay. Definitely coming back!

While there aren’t major shopping centers nearby, the convenience of the location more than makes up for it. The swimming pool and fully equipped gym are top-notch—perfect for staying active during your stay. I especially want to highlight Tria from the lobby lounge. She made every evening visit feel special with her warm smile and outstanding hospitality. I ended up going back every night just to enjoy her company and the relaxed vibe. This place truly delivers on comfort, service, and quiet luxury—definitely a standout choice in Jakarta.
