I had a minor issue when booking the hotel, but when I arrived and checked in, the hotel manager personally stepped in to resolve everything—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful! The breakfast buffet was fantastic: wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and great quality. There are plenty of dining choices nearby too—great for exploring local flavors. The room itself is spacious, well-designed, and offers beautiful views, especially at night when the city lights sparkle outside. It’s conveniently located, just a short walk from public transport links. Overall, an excellent stay with top-tier service and comfort. Definitely my go-to choice for future trips to Nagoya.

Public transport access is excellent, making it easy to get around. This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of Nagoya’s top choices. I stayed for three nights and would happily return again—highly recommend!

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. It’s also super convenient for getting to Sakae Station and the shopping district. This hotel truly offers everything you’d want from a city stay—comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. I’ll definitely be booking here again next time I visit Nagoya.

The hotel is housed within the Nakamura Building, and the basement level offers convenience at your fingertips: FamilyMart, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, though the fridge was a bit small if you're planning to stock up on snacks or drinks. One major plus? The bathroom features a smart dry-wet separation design, and the water pressure during showers was excellent—perfect for rinsing off after a long day of exploring. Everything from shopping to dining is just steps away. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a central base in Nagoya, this hotel is absolutely worth considering.
Gold Stay Nagoya OSU
Stayed here from October 28th to 30th, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese, which made communication super easy—especially helpful for international travelers. They also offered luggage storage, and even promised to bring our bags up once check-in time arrived. That meant we could just walk in directly upon returning in the evening—such a thoughtful touch! We booked the ocean-themed room, which was perfect since we were heading to the aquarium the next day—the vibe matched our trip perfectly. The room itself was well-equipped: induction cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and even a bathtub. Super convenient for self-catering. Location-wise, it's walking distance to the popular Osu Shopping Street, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby—great for snacks and essentials. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. Definitely my go-to choice for future visits to Nagoya!

The onsen itself is spotlessly clean, and the water jets are powerful and invigorating—perfect for relieving tension after a long day. I found myself falling asleep almost instantly afterward, completely relaxed. It’s rare to find such a well-balanced blend of comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful touches in a budget-friendly stay. This place truly stands out. I’ll definitely be back.

While the rooms are on the smaller side—making it tight to fully open large suitcases—they still offered a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom in each, which made morning routines much smoother since we didn’t have to compete for the washroom. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a 10-minute walk from Exit 1A of Hisayaodori Station—and it’s within easy walking distance of the Rōnen area, with Don Quijote just around the corner. Whether you're grabbing snacks, souvenirs, or just exploring the neighborhood, everything is convenient and close by. For travelers looking for a budget-friendly yet practical stay in Nagoya, this place delivers great value and real comfort.

Right outside the hotel, you’re steps away from the serene Osu Kannon Temple and the lively shopping street, making it perfect for exploring on foot. I especially loved the breakfast options: while you can enjoy a hearty meal inside the hotel, there’s also a little grilled fish set restaurant right by the station exit — delicious, affordable, and a real local gem. The convenience, hospitality, and value really made this stay stand out. If you're in Nagoya, this is a top choice.

Staying in the luxury queen room on the 10th floor was such a lucky find! The space is incredibly generous—far more roomy than expected. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for soaking in a hot bath after a long day of exploring. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the subway and downtown attractions. This place offers an unbeatable mix of comfort, practicality, and value. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station, but I was really happy to book it at a great deal during a holiday. Right when I walked into the room, I noticed the private sink — such a thoughtful touch that made the space feel more spacious and convenient. The only small downside is that breakfast ends at 6:00 AM, which was too early for me since I had an early JR express train the next morning. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy a proper breakfast, which was a bummer. That said, overall this place is fantastic — clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for money.
