I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Budapest and was really impressed! The location is great—taking a bus from the airport took about 55 minutes, and even though I arrived just after midnight, the area felt safe throughout the journey. Walking to the hotel was easy and secure. Upon check-in, they kindly offered a complimentary bottle of water—a small touch, but it made a big difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. It's also super convenient for getting around—just a short ride on the metro to reach downtown. Excellent value for money and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Budapest.

Staying at the Actor Hotel Budapest was an absolute delight. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center, with great access to public transit, restaurants, and local attractions. The room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. High-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout our stay, which was a big plus for working remotely and streaming in comfort. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service—always smiling and ready to help. It's clear they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. This hotel offers an excellent balance of charm, convenience, and value. I’d happily book here again on any future visit to Budapest.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Gloria Budapest City Center! The entire experience was flawless. From check-in to checkout, everything ran smoothly. Special shoutout to the night shift staff—his professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference. He was always attentive, helpful, and made me feel safe and welcome throughout the night. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Budapest, just steps away from major attractions and public transport. Clean rooms, great amenities, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend this gem if you're visiting Budapest—I’ll definitely be returning.

The welcome was excellent! Breakfast and dinner were perfect, and the room was spotless and very practical. It's incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the metro, the arena, and the stadium, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and offered great recommendations. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. This hotel is definitely worth recommending for both business and leisure travelers.

The Fanni Budapest Guesthouse has a unique setup that caught me off guard. Check-in and the actual accommodation are about 500 meters apart—meaning you have to walk to get there, pay a deposit for the key, and then walk back again after check-out to return the key and get your deposit refunded. It’s exhausting, especially with luggage. While the room itself was clean and the staff were polite, the logistical hassle really took away from the experience. The location isn’t bad, but the lack of convenience in the check-in/check-out process makes it less appealing. If you're visiting Budapest, I’d recommend choosing a place closer to public transit or the city center for better flow and less walking.

Absolutely loved my stay at Triple M Hotel in Budapest! The moment I walked in, the front desk staff and the friendly service team made me feel welcome. The triple room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a good night's sleep. Every corner was meticulously cleaned, and the breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of variety and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a short metro ride to Parliament and the Pest side attractions. I even caught the stunning nighttime view of Parliament at 10 PM, and on day three, I headed to Fisherman’s Bastion at 5 AM for sunrise—no hassle at all. Unfortunately, I wanted to extend my stay by one more night, but there were no rooms available. That says it all about how popular this place is. Highly recommend for travelers who value comfort, cleanliness, and great location. Would definitely return—this is one of the best stays I’ve had in Budapest!

The neighborhood is great—quiet and well-connected, with easy access to public transit for getting around Budapest. The building itself has a modern look and feel, giving it a fresh vibe. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, though it’s clear some wear and tear has accumulated over time. Maintenance could use a bit more attention—small details like fixtures and finishes show signs of aging. Finding the hotel was tricky; the entrance isn’t very visible, so first-time visitors might struggle to locate it without extra guidance. I’d recommend double-checking your map or asking for specific directions. Despite that, the location and value make up for it. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet, authentic stay close to the city center without the crowds.

This stay was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The apartment was in terrible condition—no fridge, the air conditioner didn’t work at all, and there was a leaky pipe in the kitchen that dripped constantly. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bedding was stained with what looked like urine and possibly blood—extremely unhygienic. The building is on the third floor with no elevator, which made carrying luggage up and down incredibly difficult. Customer service was nearly impossible to communicate with—staff didn’t understand English and responded with confusing, irrelevant answers. I was promised a refund upon cancellation, but never received a single penny. This experience ruined my trip and left me frustrated and upset. I strongly advise avoiding this property—there are far better options in Budapest.

I stayed at Esprit Hotel in Budapest from December 16th to 19th for three nights, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help—whether it was checking in, offering local tips, or assisting with luggage. My room, number 208, was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere perfect for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—plenty of fresh bread, fruits, yogurt, and hot options to start the day right. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from major attractions and close to public transit. It’s clear the team takes pride in what they offer. I’d absolutely recommend this place to fellow travelers and will definitely book here again on my next visit to Budapest.

I can't understand why this hotel gets such low ratings. I was actually nervous reading the reviews before arriving. But once we checked in, it was a pleasant surprise! The room was spotless and fresh, with crisp white linens that made everything feel so clean and inviting. Hot water in the shower worked perfectly—no issues at all. I didn’t personally interact with the staff, but the front desk had a friendly young guy who was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was hearty and delicious—great variety and really satisfying. We were traveling with a Turkish group, and right next to the hotel is a cozy bar and a Turkish restaurant—maybe it just opened recently, because I don’t see many mentions of it online. Overall, the value for money is excellent. If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then this place truly shines.

We stayed at Atlantic Hotel for four nights as part of a group tour from Belarus. While opinions varied among our travel companions, my wife and I really enjoyed our experience. We were assigned a ground-floor room (using European floor numbering), with a window overlooking a quiet, charming courtyard surrounded by walls covered in lush ivy that swayed gently in the breeze—truly peaceful and scenic. The room was well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, air conditioning, and a king-sized bed—everything we needed for a comfortable stay on the road. Breakfast was a buffet-style spread, satisfying, diverse, and filling. What stood out most was the spacious, complimentary parking area located right within the inner courtyard—an absolute plus for travelers driving. Some fellow guests staying on higher floors facing the busy street did mention noise from passing trams, but we were completely unaffected. The location is incredibly convenient—most major attractions are within a 10-minute walk, and the nearby metro station makes getting around the city even faster. If I ever visit Budapest again by car, I’d definitely choose this cozy, well-located hotel once more.

Staying at Bo18 Hotel Superior in Budapest was a delightful experience from start to finish. The location is excellent—just a short walk from major attractions and public transit, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy and welcoming. I booked the room with breakfast, and it was definitely worth it—the morning spread was fresh, varied, and satisfying. The hotel’s overall vibe is warm and modern, and the attention to detail really stands out. One small suggestion: adding laundry facilities would be a great upgrade, especially for longer stays or business travelers. Despite that, the experience was outstanding, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.
