What really impressed me was the staff—waitress spoke fluent English, which made a huge difference when I didn’t know a single word of Russian. I asked if I could leave my car in the parking lot for a few hours after checkout, and the first front desk agent said yes, since it’s off-season. The next morning, however, another agent flatly refused. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed—but only until 2 PM. Honestly, this kind of inconsistency is baffling. There were plenty of empty spots available, so why make things difficult? I’ve stayed at many hotels before, even those with limited parking, and never had issues with post-checkout parking. This one seems to prioritize rules over guest convenience, especially when there’s clearly space. It felt more like showing who’s in charge rather than providing good service.
