My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and professional staff—special mention to Aseel and Ahmed, as well as the welcoming receptionist who made us feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a great location just minutes away from downtown via public transit. The on-site restaurant truly stood out—every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with excellent attention to detail. Service was prompt, courteous, and genuinely warm. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and hospitality in one place. I’m already planning my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jeddah. I absolutely loved my stay at WA Hotel Jeddah! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and close to great restaurants and shopping spots. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Staying at Hotel Hoor Park was a mixed experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, especially with meal times—very thoughtful. However, I requested housekeeping early in the morning and still hadn’t seen anyone by 4 PM, which was frustrating. Trying to get shampoo felt like chasing a mirage—none available anywhere. The pool, which heats up to 48°C, closes at 5 PM, which is quite early for such a hot climate. It would’ve been great if it stayed open later. While the hotel’s quiet location and overall ambiance are appealing, service consistency needs improvement. A few small upgrades in responsiveness and facilities could really boost the guest experience. Overall, decent for a quick stop, but not without room for growth.

To our surprise, the kitchen not only allowed us to use the facilities but also gifted us free fries, a side of chicken nuggets, and drinks—just to share with my Chinese friends! It felt so thoughtful and generous. I couldn’t help but smile and say thank you over and over again. This level of kindness is rare, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. If you're visiting Jeddah, this hotel is absolutely worth every penny.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring smart home technology and various advanced systems that really elevate the comfort level. The spa area is on the smaller side—just one hot whirlpool, a cold hydrotherapy jet, and a traditional Turkish bath—but it’s perfectly adequate for a quick relaxation session. Breakfast was generous in quantity but didn’t quite hit the mark for our European tastes. That said, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the stay much smoother. The price point is on the higher end, but considering it’s a boutique-style property with such a great location, it’s not unreasonable. If budget allows, this could be a solid choice. However, if you're looking for better value, there might be slightly more competitive options available.

The apartment was spacious and the price was very reasonable—definitely a good value for the size. That said, there were a few issues that made the stay less than ideal. Upon arrival, I realized there were no towels provided, so I had to request them—asked for four bath towels for my group of four, but only received two. The fridge in both units we stayed at was unplugged when we arrived, making it unusable. The washing machine didn’t dry clothes effectively—even though it’s a multi-functional unit, the drying cycle was weak and left things damp. We also found only one roll of toilet paper available, which was quite minimal. It seemed like the building was still under renovation—there were exposed electrical outlets from the walls, though they weren’t dangerous. I tried contacting the front desk via email and phone, but got no response. Eventually, a relative managed to reach them through WhatsApp using a Saudi number, which helped resolve the situation, especially since check-in was after 1 a.m. The neighborhood is safe, but not particularly lively or convenient. Another concern: the main door to our apartment wouldn’t lock properly—it could be pushed open without a key, likely due to ongoing renovations. We didn’t report it during our stay, partly because we trusted the safety of Saudi Arabia and were busy with travel plans. We did mention it during checkout, noting that the door could simply be pushed inward to enter. Would I stay here again? Honestly, yes—especially considering the room size and price. It’s close to many amenities, and with some improvements in housekeeping and maintenance, this place has great potential.

The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. While I didn’t dine at the hotel, they do offer a modest selection of food and drinks. Just across the street is Albaik, which is perfect for a quick bite, and a large shopping mall is within walking distance—though I’d recommend taking a taxi due to the heavy traffic on the roads. Despite that, the location is still very convenient. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service. I’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel.
