The room felt outdated, with worn-out furnishings and minimal modern touches, aside from its central location. To make matters worse, I accidentally left behind a thermal mug upon check-out. When I contacted the platform for help, they claimed it wasn’t found, which was hard to believe given how organized the staff at Gloucester Park were. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed apartment hotel in London, Cheval Gloucester Park is hands down the better choice. Highly recommended!

Right across the park lies Imperial College, adding to the intellectual vibe of the area. In about 15 minutes on foot, you're in Oxford Street, where every major brand has its own boutique—perfect for a full day of shopping. The only things to note: request a floor when checking in—avoid the basement (it’s a bit dark and quiet), but floors 2 to 5 are all excellent. Also, breakfast must be reserved ahead of time. The mattress is on the softer side, so if you have back issues, consider stretching beforehand. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, warm hospitality, and a serene urban retreat that feels both luxurious and personal.
