This was my first trip to Changsha, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel—YOME Youmi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I spent my days hopping between Wuyi Square, IFS, and other hotspots—all within walking distance or just one stop away. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and professional, even upgraded my room for free upon check-in. They also handed out breakfast vouchers, which was a nice touch. She reached out before check-in to ask about our preferences, made sure everything was ready, and even brought fresh fruit upon arrival. She followed up throughout our stay to see how we were doing — so thoughtful and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom featured excellent dry-wet separation—a real plus. I also appreciated the on-site gym and laundry facilities, which added extra convenience. Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of variety, and my kids were thrilled with the options. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value, comfort, and location. Definitely going back next time!
