Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Time
Please book at least 3 days before departure.
2. Confirmation of Booking Date
- The selected expected participation date is for reference only and does not confirm the departure date or reserve seats.
- After receiving the booking confirmation email, passengers still need to call the customer service hotline to confirm the departure date and seat reservation (should not be later than 24 hours before departure); otherwise, they may not be able to travel on the selected expected participation date.
- Note: The QR code on the order is for record-keeping only. Passengers must use the order number in the confirmation details to board.
3. Order Confirmation and Refund/Change Policy
- Once the order is confirmed, no refunds or changes are allowed.
- Open tickets are not valid for Lunar New Year, Easter, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day, Christmas, and China Import and Export Fair ("Big Holidays").
- Passengers must use the ticket within the valid period. If the date selected by the passenger is full or not applicable, please choose another day.

5. Seat Reservation
To ensure a smooth experience, passengers must call the customer service hotline (Hong Kong: +852 29798778 / Mainland China: +86 4008822322) at least 24 hours before departure to reserve a seat.
6. Ticket Redemption
Present the mobile voucher at the selected boarding point to exchange for a physical ticket (Note: The QR code on the order is for reference only. Passengers must use the order number in the confirmation details to board).
7. Holiday Surcharge
During holidays, passengers must book in advance and pay a holiday surcharge at the boarding point.
No date/time selection needed for ordering. This voucher is valid for 180 days from the time of order confirmation, expiring at 23:59 on the last day.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
1. Non-refundable, non-changeable after confirmation.
2. No changes, refunds or cancellations allowed once order and tickets are confirmed.
How to Use
1. Validity Period: Valid for 180 days from order confirmationand expires at 23:59 on the last day.
2. Voucher Type: Electronic voucher (present for redemption).
3. Redemption Rules:
- Redeemed tickets are non-transferable.
- All tickets under one booking must be redeemed at once.
- For multiple travel dates, separate bookings required.
- Redemption method: Present e-voucher at counter to exchange for physical ticket.
- Only valid for confirmed date and time.

Luggage Policy
1. Standard size: 64cm x 41cm x 23cm (excess luggage counts as 2 pieces)
2. Extra fees: HKD 50 per oversized piece (payable directly to operator)
3. Operator may reject overweight luggage or charge extra fees
