Device Compatibility
● Compatible with most carrier-unlocked smartphones released from 2019 onward. Some devices (e.g., Google Pixel, OPPO) may not be supported. For smartphones only; not available for tablets or smartwatches.
● Present your QR code voucher and passport when collecting the SIM card.
● If you do not plan to use the SIM card on the collection date, inform the counter staff before activation.
● The SIM card must be activated within 60 days of collection.
● Validity is counted in 24-hour units from the first connection to the LG U+ network.
● Please test the SIM card before leaving the counter. Immediately report any activation or connection issues to the counter staff.
● Renewal and top-up are unavailable if the plan has been terminated for more than 72 hours.

How To Use "SIM Card Collection and Activation"
● Present your QR code voucher and passport at an LG U+ airport counter.
● Turn off your device, insert the SIM card, and turn it back on. If no signal appears, restart the device 2–3 times.
● If you do not plan to use the SIM card on the collection date, inform the counter staff before activation.
● If activation is postponed, the SIM card must be activated within 60 days of collection.
● Validity is counted in 24-hour units from the first connection to the LG U+ network. (e.g., a 5-day plan activated on Jan 1 at 4:00 PM is valid until Jan 6 at 3:59 PM.)
● Test the SIM card before leaving the counter and immediately inform the staff if it does not work properly.
T-money Top-Up
For plans of 3 days or longer, the included T-money card has no initial balance and must be topped up before use.

Additional Information
1. After inserting the physical SIM card into your phone, the data service will be activated automatically when the phone first connects to the LG U+ network in Korea.
The plan validity period starts from the time of first connection to the LG U+ network and is counted in 24-hour units per day.
For example: if you purchase a 3-day plan and activate it on October 1 at 21:00, the plan will be valid until October 4 at 20:59.
2. Before booking, please confirm that your phone has been carrier-unlocked and is compatible with the LG U+ network. No refunds or cancellations will be provided if the physical SIM card cannot be used due to incompatibility with your device.
3. If the SIM card cannot be activated due to a confirmed product issue, please inform the counter staff immediately. A full refund will be issued after the issue is verified.
4. Refunds are unavailable for device compatibility issues or failure to follow the activation instructions.
5. SIM card size: Nano SIM. Lost SIM cards cannot be reissued.

This product provides unlimited 4G/LTE data service in Korea. Only plans of 3 days or more include a T-money transit card; the 2-day plan does not include T-money. For applicable plans, the plastic SIM card frame can be used as a T-money transit card. The transit card does not come with a preloaded balance and must be topped up before use.
To extend the SIM card's usage period, you can do so through the "Usage / Extension" page on the official LG U+ website.
