Notice:

1、Important Notes:The registration for pickup information only supports Hong Kong mobile phone numbers and is limited to surface mail within Hong Kong only.

2、Effective from August 1, 2026, customers purchasing any China Unicom Hong Kong Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM Card must insert the physical SIM card into a mobile phone or other terminal device and activate it prior to entering Chinese Mainland or Macao to complete the product activation process.

Customers are required to arrive in Chinese Mainland or Macao to use the SIM card within 30 days (inclusive of the activation day) upon successful activation. The charge for the SIM card will commence based on the time of entry into Chinese Mainland or Macao (days are calculated based on Hong Kong Time).

【Purchase Information】

1)After ticket issuance, click the link in your voucher.

2)After clicking the link, the customer will be directed to the delivery information registration page, where they need to provide the consignee’s name, recipient’s mobile number, email address, and pickup location (options include home delivery, SF Express service point, or smart locker).

Important Notes:The registration for pickup information only supports Hong Kong mobile phone numbers and is limited to surface mail within Hong Kong only.

3)Once registration is completed, the page will display a submission confirmation message, indicating that the information has been received and the order is pending shipment. Within 2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), China Unicom Hong Kong will send an order confirmation email. If the email is not received, please check the spam/junk folder first.

- If you selected an SF Express pickup points across Hong Kong:

After receiving the confirmation email, you may collect the product from the SF Express self-pickup location you chose during pickup information registration.

- If you selected home delivery:

Your item will be shipped via SF Express, and the customer can track the shipment using the provided tracking link.

5)To ensure fair usage, data speed may be reduced if you use a large amount in a short time. Avoid long video streaming or heavy data use.

6)Internet performance may vary depending on location, terrain, buildings, number of users, and weather.

*If the customer needs to change the delivery address during transit or if the address is in a remote area, the courier company will charge an additional fee. Any extra delivery charges incurred due to delayed pickup by the customer will also be borne by the customer.

Rules for Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM Card – Physical SIM

1. What notification will be received on the phone after successful activation of the Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card?

By inserting the physical SIM card into a mobile phone or other terminal device and activating it prior to entering Chinese Mainland or Macao, the product activation will be completed. Upon successful activation, the customer's phone will receive an SMS notification from China Unicom Hong Kong confirming the activation. If the customer does not receive the SMS, they can also check whether the SIM card successfully receives a network signal; receiving a signal indicates successful activation.

2. Will the Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card start charging after activation outside Chinese Mainland?

Activation outside Chinese Mainland only means that the SIM card can be used smoothly after entering Chinese Mainland, and will not incur immediate charges. For example, if a customer activates a 5-Day Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card on January 1, the customer must enter Chinese Mainland or Macao to use the SIM card on or before January 30. If entering on January 30, the 5-Day Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card will start charging from January 30, with the validity period lasting until 23:59 on February 3.

3. Is the Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card still valid for activation within one year from the date of purchase?

The Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM card is still valid for activation within one year. However, once activated outside Chinese Mainland, the customer must enter Chinese Mainland or Macao to use it within 30 days.

4. What should I do if the SIM card cannot be activated outside Chinese Mainland?

Remote assistance for activation is currently unavailable. You may contact customer service to proceed with a cancellation and refund.

5. Are there any regional restrictions for activation outside Chinese Mainland?

6. Will this affect the usage of existing Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM cards?

Chinese Mainland & Macao SIM cards sold on or before July 31,2026 are not affected.

7. What should I do if I find out after entering Chinese Mainland that the SIM card was not activated outside Chinese Mainland?

Remote processing is currently unavailable. You may contact customer service to proceed with a cancellation and refund.
