1. The duration and validity of the pass is based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system, 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for that day. For timings and operational hours of the bus services, please refer to SimplyGo’s website at: https://www.simplygo.com.sg/travel-guide
2. Usage of 2-day, 3-day card must be on consecutive days.
3. Unlimited travel is only applicable for public bus and train services. The pass excludes rides on premium services such as Sentosa Express, RWS8, express buses as well as other premium and niche bus services. To use these premium services, you can add value to the card via the self-service ticketing machines or at the SimplyGo Ticket Office.
4. Prices apply to adult and child above 0.9m in height.
5. One (1) Singapore Tourist Pass can only be used by one (1) person at a time.You are required to redeem the Singapore Tourist Pass within 90 days from the booking confirmation date.
6. The 1/2/3-day pass is valid for one year from purchase if it is not used after being redeemed, and physical passes are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase (can be recharged repeatedly). The Singapore Tourist Pass is non-refundable and non-returnable.
7. A QR Code will be sent in the confirmation email.For redemption, please present the QR Code to the staff at the selected ticket office or scan the QR Code at our automated STP kiosks.
