Age Requirements
● Ages 19–59 (inclusive), calculated by date of birth based on the travel date; and height above 150 cm (exclusive). Both conditions must be met simultaneously.
How To Use
● Present the QR code to exchange for a paper ticket for use.
Ticket Exchange Time / Location
● Exchange at any visitor center or service station at Xixi National Wetland Park, Xihu District, Hangzhou.
Park Entry Address
● At any checkpoint of Xixi National Wetland Park, Xihu District, Hangzhou.
Entry Hours
● April 1 – October 7: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
● October 8 – March 31 of the following year: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Additional Notes
● The ticket is available for immediate use after successful booking.
● Partial refunds are not supported. For date changes, please cancel the order and re-book.

Usage Instructions
Park opening hours:
● Summer schedule: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (last entry at 6:00 PM)
● Winter schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM)
You may enter via the main entrance at Zhoujiacun, 518 Tianmushan Road, or the Longshezui entrance at Wuchang Avenue.
The ticket is valid only on the selected date. Each ticket permits one entry per order, and each checkpoint allows only one entry per day.
