Deposit: RMB 300/set (payable to the merchant upon arrival at the store)

You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.
How to Use:
Must book by 15:00 (local time) 1 day before the tour.
On the day of the tour, please present your valid identification (ID card / Hong Kong-Macau Travel Permit / passport, etc.) at the designated meeting point.

● Opening hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00
● Costume deposit: RMB 300/set (subject to actual conditions). During the rental period, if the costume or props have minor damage / small stains that cannot be washed off, the deposit will be deducted proportionally.
● Rental costumes can be returned via courier service (at your own expense). The deposit will be refunded after the store confirms everything is in order.
● During normal business hours, guests may return the Hanfu at any time. If guests leave the store after 17:00 on the day, they may return it by 10:00 the next morning without incurring an overnight fee.
● All Hanfu are strictly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
● During peak periods, please expect to wait in line. We appreciate your understanding.
● If you choose summer Hanfu, we recommend wearing light-colored underwear.
● Photo selection: You can select your photos on the same day after the shoot.
● Photo delivery: Within 3 days after photo selection (sent via WeChat or email).
● Guests with sensitive skin or who are pregnant, please inform the store in advance or bring your own cosmetics.
If you submit a cancellation request before 00:00, 4 days prior to the use date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If you submit a cancellation request after 00:00, 4 days prior to the use date, a 100% fee will be charged.
If a discount has already been applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount already paid.
Partial refunds are not available.
