Please follow the steps below:

3. During the “Select Discount” step, click “Exchange Code” and enter the AREX code number shown on the voucher.

Ticket Eligibility
● This is an open-dated ticket and can be used within the ticket's validity period.
Children aged 0–5 years old enter for free if they do not occupy a separate seat.
Transportation Access
● Service is limited to transfers between Incheon International Airport (Terminal 1 & 2) and Seoul Station only.
● No minimum passenger requirement; tickets are sold per person and operate regardless of passenger count.
● No waiting time as this is a scheduled train service. Missed trains or late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
Additional Information
● Please present the QR code from the confirmation email when collecting tickets (SMS is not accepted).
● Use the 13-digit code to reserve your departure date, time, and seat via the provided link.
● Standard luggage is allowed; oversized or bulky items may be restricted or subject to space availability.
● No additional surcharges apply for peak hours, midnight, or public holidays.

● In case of train disruption, alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
● Delays may occur due to operational, weather, or external factors.

● Opening hours may be adjusted based on operational conditions. Please check the official website before your visit.
● For the safety of visitors, the 120th-floor Sky Terrace may be closed due to the following weather conditions: when weather warnings or forecasts are issued (heavy rain warning, strong wind warning, sandstorm warning, etc.), when hourly rainfall reaches or exceeds 5mm, or when the indoor-outdoor temperature difference reaches or exceeds 20 degrees.
● To ensure the safety of visitors, the operation of observation decks, sky terraces, photo zones, and other facilities may be adjusted based on the number of visitors in the garden without prior notice.
