Usage validity

The specified date and time are for reference only. The voucher remains valid for 31 days from the booking confirmation date;

Please note: This ticket cannot be used on the day of purchase (Purchase time is based on Japan time).

Redemption Information

Present your QR code/voucher to enter directly;

The QR code will be displayed from 04:00 am (GMT +9) on the participation date, except on Tuesdays, when it will be displayed after 04:30 am (GMT +9) due to web maintenance;

Travelers must have a smartphone to display the QR code for boarding. Screenshots of QR codes are not acceptable.

Additional Information

When booking for multiple people, all tickets within the same order must be used together on the same train. To travel separately, please make separate bookings

Passengers sharing the same reservation number must travel together on the same train, as partial use of tickets is not allowed

Please open the activation link in your voucher with the registered email. Otherwise, you will need to re-enter your email address and obtain an OTP to proceed

Only the passenger who booked the ticket has access to change the train reservation (Up to twice)

If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to loss, malfunction, or low battery on your device, you will not be able to use the ticket. And it can't be reissued or refunded
