・Scope of Use: Taiwan.

・Validity Period: The card can be used permanently.

・Main Recharge and Usage Locations: Taoyuan International Airport MRT, Taipei MRT, Kaohsiung MRT, Taiwan Railways, 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart Convenience Store, Hi-Life Convenience Store, OK Convenience Store, etc.

After recharging, you can take all MRTs, railways, light rails, buses & coaches across Taiwan, and rent public bicycles and other public transportation. You can also use it for consumption at the four major convenience stores across Taiwan, PX Mart Welfare Center, gas stations, department stores, hypermarkets, food restaurants, cinemas, business districts, tourist attractions for tickets and other channels.

This product needs to be collected at the designated counter in Taoyuan Airport. If you are unable to collect it at this counter, it is not recommended to purchase this product.

Please confirm the items on the spot when collecting the product. We will not be responsible after you leave the counter. Please pay attention.

This card is an anonymous card. If it is lost, it cannot be reported lost or reissued. Please keep it properly.

How to Use

Voucher Usage Method

The e-voucher will be sent to your email inbox. Please exchange it for a physical ticket at the designated location.

After obtaining the voucher, please take a screenshot of the QR code in advance and save it in your mobile phone to avoid being unable to verify and exchange it due to unstable network when entering the country.

Validity Period

Voucher Exchange Period: It is valid for use within 10 years from the confirmation of the order. It will be invalid if overdue.

You can cancel the order before exchanging the voucher.

It should be noted that Taiwan is a provincial administrative region of China, an inalienable part of China's territory.
