Terms and conditions
1. This is an Ocean Park admission ticket. It is valid for one-time use by visitors on or before the specified date of validity (except on closure days). This ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and can only be used once on or before the specified date of validity.
2. This admission ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding "Ocean Park annual membership" by paying the specified fee on the day of visit. Daytime ticket upgrades to "Ocean Park annual membership" are subject to relevant terms and conditions.
3. This admission ticket includes access to amusement rides, facilities and exhibitions in the park; however, it does not apply to game booths, games requiring tokens, paid activities or facilities.
4. Ocean Park may close any rides or attractions at any time without prior notice due to maintenance, repairs, severe weather, or other reasons. Refund requests made by visitors under the aforementioned circumstances, whether for partial or full amounts, will not be accepted. This is one of the park's admission ticket terms.
5. In case of severe weather conditions, including but not limited to typhoon signal no. 8 or above, black rainstorm warning, etc., the marine park may close with or without prior notice to the public.
6. If the park reaches maximum capacity, Ocean Park will implement crowd control measures and admission may be denied.
7. Entry requires compliance with Ocean Park's by-laws, safety regulations, and park rules displayed at park entrances and/or other appropriate locations. Ocean Park assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property within the park. In case of any dispute, Ocean Park's decision shall be final.
Child admission tickets are only applicable to children aged 3–11. Children aged 11 or under must be accompanied by a valid ticket holder aged 15 or above. You may be required to present appropriate identification documents on the day of entry.
