Step 2: View your ticket on the "e-ticket" page, click "Activate Ticket," and select the "7-day  travel dates." Once selected, the dates cannot be changed.

Step 3: Choose any 3 Kansai Enjoy Pass facilities, then select your desired items from  Deluxe A/B Zone, click "Redeem" and select "Play Dates" to complete the ticket issuance.

Universal Studios Japan tickets:  

Simply select your desired date to redeem your ticket and you'll receive a Universal Studios  Japan ticket.

Present your ticket at the park entrance to use the ticket; no additional  payment is required.

*Universal Studios Japan tickets can only be redeemed for dates that are currently on sale. Dates that are too far in the future will not be available for redemption until Universal  Studios Japan tickets become available for purchase.

*One ticket can only be redeemed once at Universal Studios Japan.

*Admission to Super Nintendo World requires either a Universal Studios Fastpass with Park  Admission Guarantee or a Park Admission Number Ticket.

JR Pass Kansai Area Rail Pass (1-day pass):

Kyoto Sky Hop Bus:  

After selecting the desired travel date, you can redeem your ticket and receive an electronic  voucher for the Kyoto SKY HOP BUS sightseeing bus.

2. After redemption, a link will be provided. Open the link and click the blue button to open the  e-ticket website.

※Note: You cannot ride the bus by simply showing the QR code on this page.

3. Click the blue "Change Notes" button on the page, then click the "OK" button on the next page, and show the page to the flight attendant to board.

How to use:  

Step 1: Register a WEST QR account via the link on the coupon slip.

1. Obtain a "QR code ticket voucher (certificate)"

2. Access the "WESTQR Dedicated Website" (official registration page) via the link on the "QR  Code Ticket User Certificate".

3. Enter a valid email address, a custom password, and your country/region.

4. To verify your registration, please enter the verification code sent to the email you received (the  verification code is valid for 5 minutes).

5. Complete account creation.

Step 2: After registering your account, bind your e-ticket.

1. Log in using the account you registered in "Step 1".

2. After logging in, a pop-up window will appear asking if you want to bind your ticket. Please select  your desired operation.

[Note: Once you click the "Register" button, the account used to register the  ticket cannot be changed.]  

※You can also bind your device by entering the serial number on the "WESTQR Dedicated  Website".

3. After the ticket registration is completed, you can check the added tickets on the "Issuance  Tickets" page.

Step 3: Reserve train number and seat  

1. After registering your ticket, you can click "Seat Reservation" to select your train number and  seat.

During the following period, new reservations and changes to assigned seating (reserved seats)  can be made.

Before ticket usage: This can be done 30 days in advance of your train journey. (Reserved seating  outside the ticket's validity period will be automatically cancelled upon ticket usage.)  

Once the ticket is in use (for tickets currently in use): it is only valid for trains within the validity  period of the reserved ticket.

Step 4: Activate your ticket (to be done on the day of travel)  

1. Visit the "WESTQR website" and log in using your registered account.

2. Select the ticket you need from the ticket list.

3. On the ticket details page, click the "Start Using" button to submit a ticket activation application.

4. A QR code will be displayed on the ticket details page. Simply scan the QR code against the red  QR code scanner on the automatic gate to pass through.  

[Precautions]

If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk mail folder or verify the domain  configuration of your login email.  

If a long time has passed since your last registration, please confirm your domain configuration and  register your account again.

• You will not be able to complete account registration without entering the verification code.

• The “HARUKA” designation method requires reservations at station ticket machines or windows, and seats can only be selected from the “WEST QR Ticket Dedicated Seats”.

Reservations can be made from 30 days in advance to 3 minutes before the train's departure time. Trains departing less than 3 minutes before their scheduled departure time will be considered as  new reservations or changes made to existing reservations and cannot be selected.

• If you do not "start using" 3 minutes before your reserved train departure time, your assigned seat  reservation will be automatically cancelled.  

If the reserved seats on your desired train are full, or if you have not reserved a seat in advance, you can choose to sit in an unreserved seat (non-reserved seat) or reserve a "WEST QR reserved  seat" on another train.  

If you miss your designated train, your reserved seat will be void, and you will not be able to change  or get a refund.

• Reserved seats can only be redeemed once.  

If the reserved seats have been used up, or if no reserved seats have been reserved in advance, you can use the unreserved seats directly.
