【Usage validity】

1. The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day.

2. The 1-day pass activates when you start using the tickets and expires at 23:59 on the same day. The 2-day pass activates when you start using the tickets and expires at 23:59 on the following day.

3. After confirming receipt of your order voucher, please do not click the button until you are ready to actually use the product. Once clicked, the voucher code will be activated immediately and the countdown will start. The validity period of the voucher is calculated from the moment of activation.

4. Instructions on the QR Code Ticket

Please do not click the "Start Using" button until after 3:00 AM on the event day. If you click the "Start Using" button between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the ticket will become invalid at 3:00 AM on the same day. Please note this carefully.

【Voucher type】

Present your QR code/voucher to enter directly.

【Redemption information】

1. Please refer to the for Osaka Metro & Osaka City Bus Pass user guide detailed redemption and usage instruction.

2. The QR code Ticket: Travelers must have a smartphone to display the QR code for boarding. Screenshots of QR codes are not acceptable.

3. If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to loss, malfunction, or low battery on your device, you will not be able to use the ticket. And it can't be reissued or refunded.

Note: The booking would mark as completed even if the voucher has not been redeemed. But no worries, you may still use your voucher within the validity period.

【Multiple tickets redemption】

1. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person within the same booking.

2. All tickets will activate at the same time and must be used together for the same trip.

【Eligibility】

1. A paying adult can only bring 2 children aged 0-5. A child ticket will be required for each additional child.

2. Child ticket is for participants aged 6-11.

3. Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults.

- Osaka Metro & City Bus Pass

1. A paying adult can only bring 2 children aged 0-5. A child ticket will be required for each additional child.

2. There is no child ticket available. Please buy an adult ticket on this page or a child ticket on the spot.
