Hilton Nanjing Riverside

We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my first choice without hesitation.

Despite being in the bustling tourist district, the hotel did an excellent job with soundproofing. Once the windows were closed, the room was completely quiet—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city. Our family room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room for both adults and kids. The bedding was comfortable—just the right firmness for a good night’s rest. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, making every morning feel special. The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out with a dry/wet separation, hot water flowed strong, and all amenities were fresh and well-stocked. Everything was clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. From start to finish, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was outstanding. Special shoutout to our host Xiao Jiang—so friendly and helpful! They even offered free luggage storage, which made our trip much more convenient. Getting to attractions like Zhongshan Mausoleum and Xuanwu Lake is a breeze thanks to excellent transport links nearby.
