The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and local shops, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The hotel itself is brand new, with modern, clean rooms that feel fresh and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even the bathroom felt like it had just been renovated. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with recommendations or transportation. The lobby features a huge sofa where my group and I rested after arriving in Jeju—perfect for unwinding after a long journey. Check-in was quick and smooth, and we each booked our own room, only to be surprised by just how spacious and well-maintained they were. The rooms were bright, tidy, and offered a really relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, there's a 24-hour convenience store and a Starbucks, which made late-night snacks or morning coffee super easy. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an absolute gem. I’d recommend it without hesitation—great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic too—super easy to get around by subway. This place offers incredible value for money, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. One small note: the front desk isn’t staffed overnight, but since we had an early flight, we managed to catch a taxi right on the street within minutes—no hassle at all. Also, the beachside cafes usually close for a short break around 3 to 4 PM, and we happened to arrive right during that window—almost missed lunch! But honestly, that little hiccup only added to the charm. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a standout choice. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.
