The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities: an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, plus an indoor pool and soaking pools on the 6th floor. While the sauna is an extra fee, it's well worth it for the quality. There’s a shopping mall, convenience store, and multiple dining options right on-site—no need to go far for anything. Staff are friendly and responsive, making the stay seamless. Located in the heart of Jeju City, it’s just a 6-minute taxi ride to the airport, and nearby Bukchon Road is perfect for shopping and eating. Everything you’d want is within easy reach. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely my top choice for any future visit to Jeju Island.

The Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is impressively large and offers a fantastic stay experience. I arrived around 2:30 PM and was able to check in early—no waiting, which was a big plus. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, though it’s only available during three morning slots, which is a bit limiting. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from Lotte Duty-Free, and the nearby Bokjiro shopping district is bustling with activity. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants, so you never have to worry about being hungry late at night. Overall, great value, excellent convenience, and a memorable stay—highly recommend!

The room is beautifully designed with a corner-style private living area that really adds to the spacious feel—47 square meters is generous, especially with two 1.5-meter beds that made for comfortable sleeping. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, down to the smallest detail. What stood out most was the location: directly facing the Shilla Duty-Free, so shopping was just steps away. I could grab my purchases, head back to the hotel, then keep exploring without having to carry bags around. The ground floor has both Haidilao hotpot and KFC—perfect for quick meals or late-night snacks. And being right on Bokjeong-ro, it’s super convenient for strolling through local shops and dining options. Public transport access to the airport and city center is also easy. This hotel offers unbeatable value in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Highly recommend for travelers who want a hassle-free stay in Jeju!

The rooms were bright, tidy, and offered a really relaxing atmosphere. On the ground floor, there's a 24-hour convenience store and a Starbucks, which made late-night snacks or morning coffee super easy. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an absolute gem. I’d recommend it without hesitation—great value, excellent service, and a fantastic location.

We booked a sea-view room, and while the location isn’t perfect, you can still clearly see the ocean from the window—especially stunning during sunset. Unfortunately, we visited in winter, so we couldn’t take a walk along the beach like we’d planned, but it would’ve been such a relaxing experience in warmer months. The nearby Dongmun Market is just a 10-minute walk away—perfect for grabbing local snacks or souvenirs. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

One thing to note: rooms facing the main road can be noisy, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Also, the bathroom only has a bathtub, which could be tricky for elderly guests when stepping out. Overall, this place offers solid value with a quiet, reliable vibe—perfect for a stress-free stay. I’d definitely consider returning.

Staying at Jeju Central City Hotel was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Jeju. Located right in the heart of Jeju City, it's just across from Lotte Duty-Free, and there are four bus lines stopping right outside the hotel—perfect for heading straight to the airport. Buses to Seogwipo and Gwaneumsan Sunrise Peak (with a transfer needed) are also nearby, making local travel super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful, all speaking fluent Chinese, which made communication easy and comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. Plus, having a 7-Eleven right in the lobby is such a game-changer—grabbing snacks or drinks late at night is no hassle. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind. If you're visiting Jeju, I can't recommend this place enough—it’s a true gem.

Arrived late at night, but the front desk was still open and staff were friendly and spoke English fluently—such a relief after a long journey. I had reached out to the platform in advance to confirm my stay and kindly asked if they could help me secure a better room, and surprisingly, they actually managed it! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping by a kind attendant ensured everything stayed fresh and tidy, and there was always a fresh bottle of water waiting in the mini-fridge each day. Even the bathroom amenities—slippers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—were thoughtfully provided. Location-wise, it’s super convenient with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and public transit nearby. I found it easy to get around town using the subway. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. The service, cleanliness, and value for money are outstanding. I’d definitely recommend and come back again.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations! Located just a 15-minute bus ride from the airport—only about 10 minutes by taxi—it’s incredibly convenient, especially if you’re catching an early flight or arriving late. Right outside the door is a 7-Eleven, and there are countless nearby restaurants and shops for food, snacks, or last-minute essentials. We stayed in a triple room with individual beds—one per person—which gave us plenty of space and privacy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the price was unbelievably fair for the quality. If you're visiting Jeju and want a great base that’s close to everything without breaking the bank, this is definitely a top choice. I’d highly recommend it!
