Public transport and taxis are convenient for getting around. On-site amenities include room service, a lovely restaurant, and a cozy bar—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The evening lighting is especially stunning, turning the entire property into a magical, serene atmosphere. One minor disappointment: the back courtyard, though featured in photos with seating, wasn’t accessible to guests despite asking directly. Still, this doesn’t take away from the overall experience. The combination of natural beauty, excellent hospitality, and thoughtful touches makes this a truly special getaway. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and well-managed stay in Jeju, this resort is definitely worth considering.

Right outside the hotel is a stunning beach, and it’s just a 10–15 minute taxi ride to the airport, making travel super convenient. One small note: the front desk isn’t staffed overnight, but since we had an early flight, we managed to catch a taxi right on the street within minutes—no hassle at all. Also, the beachside cafes usually close for a short break around 3 to 4 PM, and we happened to arrive right during that window—almost missed lunch! But honestly, that little hiccup only added to the charm. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a standout choice. Would definitely stay here again.

I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much—we just picked this place as a quick stopover, not expecting anything special—but wow, it turned out to be much better than expected! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Even though it’s been over a week since our visit, I still want to say a heartfelt thank you. We’ll definitely come back if we ever return to Jeju!
