After check-out, we needed to head to the airport during rush hour, and she went out of her way to help arrange a taxi—such a thoughtful gesture! While the room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve seen, the owner’s kindness and genuine hospitality completely made up for it—earning a full 10/10 from me. The hotel has that nostalgic vibe reminiscent of a high-end Japanese hotel from the 1980s. Back in its heyday, it even had a nightclub downstairs and a sauna, with a Japanese restaurant on the second floor and a banquet hall with karaoke on the 10th floor—definitely bustling back then. Today, the basement houses a karaoke lounge (though it was closed during my visit), the second floor now hosts a Korean restaurant, and the 10th floor is occupied by a religious group. The room itself was extremely hot, but the owner personally helped me switch to a cooler one without hesitation—truly exceptional service. Toiletries like shampoo, body soap, and toothbrushes aren’t stocked in the rooms, but they’re gladly provided free of charge at the front desk upon request. If you’re into retro charm and don’t mind slightly outdated facilities, this place offers an authentic, memorable stay with great value. A hidden gem worth checking out.

It snowed during Christmas—what a magical surprise! For the price, this is an excellent value, and I’d definitely stay here again.
