The hotel offers a fantastic range of amenities: an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, plus an indoor pool and soaking pools on the 6th floor. While the sauna is an extra fee, it's well worth it for the quality. There’s a shopping mall, convenience store, and multiple dining options right on-site—no need to go far for anything. Staff are friendly and responsive, making the stay seamless. Located in the heart of Jeju City, it’s just a 6-minute taxi ride to the airport, and nearby Bukchon Road is perfect for shopping and eating. Everything you’d want is within easy reach. This place truly delivers exceptional value and comfort—definitely my top choice for any future visit to Jeju Island.

The Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is impressively large and offers a fantastic stay experience. I arrived around 2:30 PM and was able to check in early—no waiting, which was a big plus. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, though it’s only available during three morning slots, which is a bit limiting. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from Lotte Duty-Free, and the nearby Bokjiro shopping district is bustling with activity. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants, so you never have to worry about being hungry late at night. Overall, great value, excellent convenience, and a memorable stay—highly recommend!

The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, and local shops, making it super convenient to explore on foot. The hotel itself is brand new, with modern, clean rooms that feel fresh and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Even the bathroom felt like it had just been renovated. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with recommendations or transportation. If you're visiting Jeju for shopping, dining, or simply a relaxing getaway, this hotel is absolutely top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The staff comes by daily to tidy up and replace towels and essentials, which shows great attention to detail. One thing to keep in mind: unlike some places back home, check-in is strictly at 3 PM. If you arrive earlier, the front desk won’t be open yet, so plan accordingly—consider exploring nearby areas or storing your luggage until check-in time. Despite that small note, the overall experience was excellent. Great value, convenient location, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

This resort in Jeju is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway! I stayed in a room with two double beds—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view directly faces the airport runway, so you’ll often get a close-up look at planes taking off, which adds a unique charm to the stay. That said, it’s worth noting there’s no Wi-Fi in the room—bring your own hotspot or rely on the public network provided by the platform. Overall, the place is spotless, and the bathroom comes with basic amenities like toothpaste, soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—everything else you’ll need to bring yourself. Since the resort mainly hosts large groups (like school trips or student tours from the mainland), it can get a bit noisy, especially during evenings. But that’s part of the vibe—lively and social. The beach is just a 30-second walk away, and right next to it is a photogenic rainbow stone area—perfect for Instagram-worthy shots. In the evening, you can head to a nearby bar offering authentic Korean street food—tasty, affordable, and full of flavor. There are also convenience stores and food delivery options around, so you’re never far from a meal. While the pool costs 5,000 KRW and operates from 10 AM to 10 PM, and breakfast is 9,000 KRW (though we didn’t use either), the overall value is excellent. For the location, cleanliness, and ease of access to everything, this place earns every point—it’s truly a great stay!

We accidentally booked a twin bed by mistake, but when we mentioned it, they happily upgraded us to two single beds for just an extra 10,000 KRW per night—no hassle at all. Yes, the property has seen some years, but cleanliness is spot-on, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious with strong water pressure—perfect for a refreshing shower. It’s conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions via subway. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a solid price-to-quality ratio, this is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back.

Staying at Sum Guesthouse Jeju Airport Branch was an absolute highlight of my trip! The location is perfect—right next to the bus terminal, making it super easy to get around Jeju City. The hostel itself is spotless—clean rooms, well-maintained common areas, and daily cleaning routines make it feel really comfortable and hygienic. I met amazing people from China, the US, Korea, and Vietnam—all young travelers with great energy and stories to share. We stayed up chatting until 1 AM, laughing and swapping travel tips, and ended up exploring the west coast together the next day. It was such a fun and spontaneous adventure. Jeju is already stunning, but this guesthouse made the experience even better. The vibe is friendly, welcoming, and full of life. I’m definitely coming back—this place has become one of my favorite stays in South Korea!

One small note: the front desk isn’t staffed overnight, but since we had an early flight, we managed to catch a taxi right on the street within minutes—no hassle at all. Also, the beachside cafes usually close for a short break around 3 to 4 PM, and we happened to arrive right during that window—almost missed lunch! But honestly, that little hiccup only added to the charm. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a standout choice. Would definitely stay here again.
