Staying at Star House was an absolute delight! The ambiance is peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect retreat. The bed was incredibly soft—so comfortable that I fell asleep the moment I lay down. Having Chinese-speaking staff made everything so much easier, especially since we didn’t know any Korean. Even though it was winter, the room stayed wonderfully warm, and the hot water supply was excellent—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. The facilities are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, adding to the overall comfort. This place truly delivers on every front. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Staying at Jeju Ocean Family Hotel was a total delight. The room was fully equipped and even came with extras I didn’t expect—everything you need, and then some. Right outside the hotel is a stunning beach, and it’s just a 10–15 minute taxi ride to the airport, making travel super convenient. One small note: the front desk isn’t staffed overnight, but since we had an early flight, we managed to catch a taxi right on the street within minutes—no hassle at all. Also, the beachside cafes usually close for a short break around 3 to 4 PM, and we happened to arrive right during that window—almost missed lunch! But honestly, that little hiccup only added to the charm. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and value make this a standout choice. Would definitely stay here again.
Air City Hotel Corp
I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

We suddenly decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jeju with my son, and although we originally planned to leave on the 11th, we ended up accidentally booking our stay for the 18th due to a last-minute rush with flight tickets and accommodation. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to confirm the location only to be told there was no reservation under our name—felt really stressed at the moment 🥲 But thankfully, the owner was incredibly understanding and kind, rearranged our booking so we could check in early and enjoy a proper rest. Honestly, I didn’t expect much—we just picked this place as a quick stopover, not expecting anything special—but wow, it turned out to be much better than expected! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Even though it’s been over a week since our visit, I still want to say a heartfelt thank you. We’ll definitely come back if we ever return to Jeju!

We spent a wonderful 3-night, 4-day stay at Nangman Jeju Pension with our 4-year-old son, and it was absolutely perfect. Watching planes take off and land was such a fun experience for our little one; he couldn’t stop staring in awe. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Plus, its close proximity to the airport made travel so convenient. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway with charm and convenience, this place is a must-visit.
