While language barriers are understandable, we encountered delays when verifying group reservations—staff spent considerable time checking bookings manually, which felt disorganized and caused unnecessary stress, especially for guests who don’t speak Korean. Overall, the stay was decent, and the value is solid, but better coordination and clearer communication, particularly for non-Korean speakers, would go a long way in boosting guest confidence and overall satisfaction.
