Staying at Astar Hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spotlessly clean and quiet, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. While there aren’t many shops nearby, it’s just a 20-minute ride to the Shilla Duty-Free area if you’re looking to shop or explore. The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy Korean-style fast food spot—something like Yong... whatever it's called—and their food was surprisingly tasty. I also loved the nearby Ruby Ice Cream shop; their ice cream was creamy and refreshing. Breakfast was a highlight too—the fish dish stood out with its fresh flavor and excellent quality. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt peaceful and well-maintained. And yes, Jeju Island truly lives up to the hype—it’s vibrant, beautiful, and full of charm. If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet base with good food options nearby and easy access to key attractions, this place is definitely worth considering. Great value for money!

We arrived around 6:00 AM, and to our surprise, the front desk staff confirmed our room was available for early check-in right away. We paid a small fee to secure early access, and it made such a difference—no stress, no waiting. The female staff member with short hair was incredibly helpful; she spoke some basic Chinese and patiently answered all our questions. After check-out, we needed to head to the airport during rush hour, and she went out of her way to help arrange a taxi—such a thoughtful gesture! Her kindness made the entire experience much smoother. From comfort to service, everything was top-notch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeju.

The only minor downside was the lack of on-site parking, but the staff handled it seamlessly by arranging nearby parking just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Best of all, they covered the parking fee for me! That kind of thoughtful service really elevated the stay. If you're looking for a hassle-free, central location with great value and warm hospitality, this is definitely a top pick.

Staying in the Premier Family Twin room at Hotel With Jeju was a great experience. The room is spacious and surprisingly large for a family stay, with a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. I did notice there's no bathtub, but since we were traveling with kids, it wasn't an issue. One thing to mention—during our December visit, there was no air conditioning, so we had to open the window for ventilation. However, the location more than makes up for it: walking distance to Heaven City, Emart, Lotte Mart, and Olive Young—all within 5–10 minutes. The 1616 room has only a door and no windows, which might be a concern for guests who prefer natural light or better airflow. Still, the overall value, convenience, and central location make this a top choice for families visiting Jeju. We’d definitely return.

There are also major shopping spots like Lotte and E-Mart nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance. One highlight I didn’t expect was a small but delicious duck restaurant right across the parking lot—it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. With great location, excellent value, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place really stands out. I’d happily come back again!

Right at the entrance, you’ll find a 7-Eleven on the right and several restaurants on the left—perfect for late-night snacks or dinner without needing to go far. The best part? It’s right next to the runway, so we could enjoy watching planes take off and land from our room—such a unique and fun touch! The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a huge TV that made movie nights super enjoyable. I also appreciated the small convenience store in the lobby—it came in handy during our late-night cravings. One tiny thing: the sink is a bit low for taller guests, and the bedside lamp didn’t have an obvious on/off switch (had to use my phone light to turn it off 😅). But honestly, these are just minor details. Overall, the location, cleanliness, and unique vibe make this place a standout. Would definitely come back!

It made the space so cozy, especially during the cooler weather. Despite its unassuming exterior, the comfort and value here are outstanding. For such a great price, you get top-notch amenities and warm hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Jeju. Highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and authenticity.
