We stayed in a triple room with my mother and daughter, and the entire experience was excellent. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Myeongdong Station and located right behind Sejong Hotel, making it easy to find. The room had three beds and even included a bathtub, offering plenty of space for all of us. The front desk staff spoke Japanese, which made communication effortless. The housekeeping team were all friendly and smiling, adding a warm touch to our stay. We booked airport transfer the day before—we had three large suitcases, and regular taxis simply couldn’t fit them. The hotel arranged a spacious vehicle for us to the Gimpo Airport for 60,000 KRW. Even though we left at 5:30 AM, the front desk staff guided us smoothly through the process. The ride was comfortable, and the driver was punctual and professional. This level of service really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel—excellent value, great location, and thoughtful staff. I’d definitely come back.

The triple room we stayed in had four beds, and the space was actually larger than I expected—definitely more roomy than most hostels I've been to. The front desk staff speaks a bit of Chinese and can manage basic English conversations, and they were very responsive and helpful. We only received one key card initially, which made splitting up a bit inconvenient, but after mentioning it, they quickly provided two extra ones—really thoughtful! The nearby 7-Eleven is super convenient; just exit subway line 7, walk straight across the street, and you're there. It's a short walk if you're not carrying heavy luggage. Waste sorting isn't strictly enforced, but there’s a large trash bin right at the bottom of the stairs on the first floor, so you can easily bring your trash down without hassle. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent location, and a comfortable stay—definitely a top pick for travelers visiting Seoul.

Common areas provide towels for guests to use—very thoughtful. Located just steps away from Seoul Forest Park, it’s peaceful and quiet yet still super convenient for getting into downtown via subway. The value-for-money factor is outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!

My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. The location of Hertz Hotel in Jongno was absolutely perfect! I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they kindly offered free luggage storage—so convenient. There were tons of restaurants, small shops, and cozy cafes nearby, making it easy to pass the time without any stress. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and having a bathtub was definitely one of the main reasons I chose this hotel—it made for a relaxing soak after a long day. Bathroom amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and a bathrobe, though I did need to bring my own toothbrush. For multi-night stays, water bottles were conveniently restocked. One standout feature was the sliding mirror that doubles as a blackout panel—just slide it across the window, and you’ve got complete darkness, ideal for sleeping in late. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a straightening iron available in the room—such a thoughtful touch. I’d definitely stay here again. Excellent value and a truly comfortable experience.
