The shower curtain was a bit worn on day one, but by the next morning it had already been replaced without us even having to ask—really impressive attention to detail. One small downside: there were no charging ports or outlets near the bed, which made plugging in devices a bit of a hassle. However, after we mentioned it during our last night, they promptly added a multi-outlet adapter near the bedside table. It wasn’t perfect—still not ideal for charging while lying in bed—but definitely a welcome upgrade. Overall, the staff’s responsiveness and hospitality made a big difference. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the subway, and everything from shopping to sightseeing is super accessible. A truly enjoyable experience, and we’ll definitely be back.
