Staying at this hotel in Gangnam, Seoul was an absolute highlight of my trip. Even better, the luxury airport shuttle from Incheon Airport stops right outside the hotel, so after a long flight, I could check in without any hassle or extra transfers. That alone made my arrival stress-free and welcoming. Around the hotel, everything you need is within walking distance—convenience stores, cozy local cafes, authentic Korean eateries, and trendy beauty shops are all just steps away. No need to venture far for food, shopping, or a quick coffee break. The room exceeded my expectations—spacious enough despite not being huge, impeccably clean, and beautifully laid out. The bedding was incredibly soft, making it impossible to get out of bed, and the quiet environment ensured a restful night’s sleep. Amenities were spot-on: a 42-inch flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, safe, and a spacious bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. Some rooms even offer views of Namsan Tower—especially magical when the city lights come on at night. Service throughout was warm and attentive; the front desk staff were friendly and available 24/7, always ready to help with anything. On-site dining includes both local and Western options, and the breakfast buffet was generous and diverse—perfect for fueling up a busy day. The hotel is excellent overall—great location, super convenient for getting around Seoul, and the staff are very friendly. My only confusion was that I booked a two-night stay, but I had to check out on the second day and couldn’t recheck in until after 6 PM. That timing restriction felt a bit odd and wasn’t clearly explained upfront. Still, the team handled it well, and even though I had to move my luggage, it didn’t ruin the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the value for money was strong. Definitely would stay here again.

Noise levels are decent; even though soundproofing isn’t perfect, there’s minimal disturbance at night. One of my favorite moments? Sipping coffee on the 5th floor during a snowfall, listening to music, chatting with friends, and watching the city turn white—it felt like a scene from a movie. The front desk staff speaks excellent English, but service hours are limited to 8 AM–10 PM. For other times, you’ll need to use alternative communication methods. Overall, this place offers great value, friendly vibes, and a unique charm. A solid choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in central Seoul.
