The Jeju Sun Hotel & Casino is impressively large and offers a fantastic stay experience. I arrived around 2:30 PM and was able to check in early—no waiting, which was a big plus. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, though it’s only available during three morning slots, which is a bit limiting. What really stands out is the location—just a short walk from Lotte Duty-Free, and the nearby Bokjiro shopping district is bustling with activity. There are plenty of 24-hour restaurants, so you never have to worry about being hungry late at night. Overall, great value, excellent convenience, and a memorable stay—highly recommend!

Staying at Lotte City Hotel Jeju Airport was an absolute highlight of my trip. The location is unbeatable—right next to Lotte Duty-Free, so shopping was just steps away. I'm a big fan of retail therapy, and having such a wide range of brands right on-site made my experience so much more enjoyable. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which was perfect since I had an early morning flight. I appreciated how convenient that was—no stress, no rush. The hotel also features a spacious open-air area with stunning views of the city and airport runway—really peaceful and scenic. And yes, there’s a swimming pool too! I spent some relaxing time lounging by the water while enjoying the view. Everything about this stay was top-notch: comfort, convenience, and great service. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju.

Staying for three nights was a great experience! The free airport shuttle service (one-way option) was incredibly convenient and well-organized. Check-in went smoothly despite the front desk staff using a translation app—friendly and helpful throughout. Room amenities were solid: two bottles of mineral water daily, regular cleaning, plus essentials like a hairdryer, kettle, drinking glasses, towels, and plenty of outlets—two at the bedside and three near the TV stand, which made charging devices super easy. Just note that toothpaste and toothbrush aren’t provided, so bring your own. The free travel SIM card came with a handy power adapter that worked perfectly. Location-wise, it’s literally across the street from BHC Chicken and Olive Young, just a 10-minute walk to the 202 bus stop and Shinsegae Duty-Free. And the best part? All my favorite local eats—potato bone soup, grilled black pork, pig's intestine, trotters, and jajangmyeon—are within minutes on foot. Super close to everything I wanted to explore. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Would definitely book again if I return to Jeju.

The host father was incredibly welcoming and patient, answering every question with care, making me feel genuinely at ease. The host mother was gentle and warm, and their kids brought so much joy with their bright smiles and lively energy—adding a wonderful sense of life to the space. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with attention to small details that showed real love and effort—from the soft linens to the thoughtful touches in the bathroom. Staying here wasn’t just about sleeping; it felt like being part of a kind, close-knit household for a little while. From the atmosphere to the service, everything was genuine and heartwarming. If you’re looking for a stay that feels personal, safe, and full of kindness, this place is absolutely worth considering. A truly memorable experience.

It's conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore Jeju City without hassle. Air City Hotel Corp
I chose Air City Hotel mainly for the airport shuttle service, and I can’t say enough about how convenient the location is. The hotel sits right on the main road—just step out the front door, turn left, and you’re at School Village Fried Chicken and BBQ Chicken. A short walk down the street leads to Hwajung Road, where there’s a CU convenience store uphill and plenty of great dining options nearby. Across the street is Kim Bok Nam Fried Chicken, so food is never far away. Even late at night—around 11 or 12 PM—the area still feels safe and lively with people around. The only hiccup was being assigned to a room on the 4th floor upon check-in. It felt off right away—completely different from the photos online. The room didn’t have the desk and chair shown in the listing, and it just felt smaller than expected. I immediately went back to reception, and though they apologized, they explained no rooms were available that day. They promised to upgrade us first thing tomorrow. And sure enough, the next morning I was moved to a room on the 14th floor—exactly like the pictures: spacious, well-lit, with a proper desk and comfortable layout. The difference was night and day. The staff were very helpful, spoke fluent Chinese, and handled everything smoothly. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, especially with its prime location, reliable shuttle, and responsive customer service. Just a quick heads-up: if your room doesn’t match the photos, don’t hesitate to ask—your comfort matters, and the team will make it right.

The bathroom stood out with its smart dry-wet separation and strong water pressure—perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day exploring. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. If you're visiting Jeju, this hotel should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended!

We arrived earlier than check-in time, but the host couple welcomed us with open arms and even offered a free early check-in. They also handed us drinks upon arrival—such a thoughtful touch! Daily cleaning made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy. What really stood out was the hostess’s excellent Chinese—she practically acted as our personal guide, sharing great tips on where to eat in the city and which shopping areas to visit. The location is fantastic too—super easy to get around by subway. This place offers incredible value for money, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Definitely planning to come back and recommend it to friends!

We suddenly decided to take a spontaneous trip to Jeju with my son, and although we originally planned to leave on the 11th, we ended up accidentally booking our stay for the 18th due to a last-minute rush with flight tickets and accommodation. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to confirm the location only to be told there was no reservation under our name—felt really stressed at the moment 🥲 But thankfully, the owner was incredibly understanding and kind, rearranged our booking so we could check in early and enjoy a proper rest. Honestly, I didn’t expect much—we just picked this place as a quick stopover, not expecting anything special—but wow, it turned out to be much better than expected! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Even though it’s been over a week since our visit, I still want to say a heartfelt thank you. We’ll definitely come back if we ever return to Jeju!
