It's also a short 10-minute walk to Xibei Jiao, and only three stops on the subway to Honghu Li. There’s a shopping mall right across the street, so grabbing snacks or essentials is hassle-free. The room was spotlessly clean, and the heating worked well—perfect for cooler evenings. I especially appreciated the warm porridge served in the evening; it felt like a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside is that the hallway sound insulation could be better, but it’s not a dealbreaker. All in all, this hotel offers great value, convenience, and comfort—definitely a top pick if you're visiting Tianjin.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, making getting around town a breeze. When we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded our rooms without us even asking—what a pleasant surprise! It was also during the Mid-Autumn Festival, so they kindly provided fresh fruit as a welcome gift. The room itself was brand new, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Laundry facilities were easy to use, which was a big plus for a longer stay. Breakfast was outstanding—huge variety with plenty of authentic local dishes from Tianjin, including some I’d never tried before. The dining staff were attentive and friendly throughout. Special shoutout to Yu Li and He Mingyang at the front desk—their warmth and professionalism made all the difference. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bathroom was immaculate, featuring a smart toilet, excellent shower pressure, and a refreshing rainfall showerhead. The bedding was top-notch—super comfortable mattress and pillows that made falling asleep effortless. Small touches really stood out: complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge, sealed tea cups, sturdy power outlets, and a crisp TV that worked perfectly with screen mirroring. Special thanks to Simon at reception—he handled my check-in smoothly despite not having my ID, even pre-activated the AC so the room was warm and welcoming upon arrival. From start to finish, the service was professional, thoughtful, and personalized. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way. Pan Pacific Tianjin

This was our first trip to Tianjin with two young kids, and staying at Pan Pacific Tianjin exceeded all expectations. The room upgrade to executive level was a delightful surprise, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. On day one, we were just settling in, but by day two, we truly appreciated how well-located this hotel is. Walking along the Haihe River was effortless—just a short stroll to the iconic Tianjin Eye, with scenic views the whole way. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We’re already planning to return—truly a standout experience.
