Instead of just passing the message along, the staff personally followed up with the courier and made sure it arrived promptly. That kind of attention to detail is rare! Originally, our check-out time was 2 PM, but due to our tight schedule, I asked if we could extend by a few hours. Not only did they accommodate us for an extra 4 hours (until 3 PM), but they even allowed us to stay until 7 PM when we paid a small fee. No pushiness, no hassle—just smooth, flexible service. The room view? Stunning—direct sightlines to the historic city wall and train station, which added a special charm to our stay. Special shoutout to Mr. Wei Xinglong from the concierge team—he went above and beyond helping with luggage and package collection, always cheerful and efficient. The front desk staff, Xiao Hao and Xiao Liu, were warm, professional, and attentive. When we mentioned the room felt a bit warm on our first night, they immediately upgraded us to a larger suite at no extra cost—a truly unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable.
