The staff, especially Zoe and Kiko at reception, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful—they even provided kids’ toiletries without being asked. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was wonderfully comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Great for families, as I felt completely at ease traveling with my children. Breakfast offered a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options—plenty of choices and delicious quality. One small downside: the key card doesn’t allow charging after removal, which was slightly inconvenient. But honestly, this minor issue doesn’t take away from an outstanding experience.
