From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcomingโso much so that even the manager greeted us personally. Our room (2318) was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly relaxing. The view from day to night was stunning, with great cityscape views that added to the overall experience. Both rooms came with a bathtub and large windows, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It's rare to find such a high level of comfort and hospitality in one place. Iโd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
Staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatableโright across from Pavilion Mall, so you're steps away from shopping, dining, and vibrant city energy. Public transit access is also super convenient. While the exterior looks understated, stepping inside reveals a refined, elegant atmosphere that feels timeless and luxurious. The service truly stands outโdaily water refills and complimentary treats made us feel well taken care of. The room itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed: as soon as you walk in, there's a generous closet area, a well-appointed bathroom with a vanity, making unpacking and getting ready seamless. Beyond that, the living space features a comfortable bed, plush sofa, and a functional deskโperfect for working or unwinding. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Rich in variety and bursting with flavor. Honestly, this might just be the best value Ritz-Carlton experience I've had worldwide. If you're visiting KL, don't miss this gem.
My husband and I visited Kuala Lumpur and stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel, which was perfectly located in the heart of the city. Surrounded by shopping malls, itโs just a short walk or a quick subway ride to the Petronas Towers. The hotel offers Chinese-speaking staffโthough there were fewer people on duty, the front desk lady was very helpful and even assisted us in choosing a room on the 24th floor with an amazing view and peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptionalโdiverse, delicious, and full of local touches. We recommend arriving early since it gets busy and thereโs sometimes a queue, but itโs totally worth it. Overall, our stay was outstanding and exceeded expectations. A fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
Staying at the Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre for a few days was an absolute delight. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly serviceโalways smiling, always helpful. The hotelโs ambiance is elegant yet welcoming, clean, quiet, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Breakfast and dinner were standout experiences: fresh, diverse, and never repetitiveโmy kids especially loved the variety! From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully done. Iโd definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
Staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, City Centre was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatableโjust a 5-minute walk to KLCC and only 3 minutes from the famous Indian food stalls, making dining and sightseeing super convenient. The staff went above and beyond: I asked for a bottle of water and they brought three; requested a comb and got two. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and genuinely appreciated. A friendly staff member even carried my luggage to the room and waived the depositโsuch a nice touch! Check-in and check-out were lightning-fast with zero hassle. The room size is just right, the ambiance is peaceful, and the pool is fantasticโperfect for relaxing or letting kids splash around. Compared to nearby hotels like the W Hotel or EQ, this one offers far better value for money. Yes, thereโs some motorcycle noise at nightโbut honestly, thatโs part of the authentic KL experience. Youโll hear it anywhere in the city center. Security is excellent, which is why so many families with kids choose this hotel. Plus, walking to Bukit Bintang takes under 20 minutesโideal for exploring the area on foot. Overall, this place delivers comfort, convenience, and great service. Highly recommended, and Iโll definitely be back.
Staying at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatableโjust a short walk to KLCC, the iconic Petronas Towers, and the nearby MRT station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful nightโs sleep. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, from local favorites to international dishes, all served with a friendly and professional touch. The lobby and overall ambiance exude luxury and sophisticationโtrue five-star elegance. Itโs clear this hotel knows how to deliver a premium experience without compromise. Iโd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and Iโm already planning my next stay.
Staying in the Twin Towers view executive room was an absolute highlight of my trip. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the iconic towers, especially at nightโtruly magical. The included breakfast and cocktail dinner were excellent value, with the dinner standing out for its combination of great food and the stunning skyline backdrop. Afternoon tea was decent but nothing extraordinary. The bed and sofa were both comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Location-wise, it couldnโt be betterโjust steps away from the Petronas Towers, and super convenient for exploring nearby attractions by foot or public transit. Overall, this stay delivered on every levelโhighly recommended!
Staying at The RuMa Hotel and Residences was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a beautifully designed space that feels both modern and invitingโevery corner is Instagram-worthy. The rooftop infinity pool on the 6th floor is truly stunning, especially during sunset when the sky blends into the horizon. Itโs perfect for relaxing or taking photos. The spa experience was top-notchโprofessional therapists, calming ambiance, and excellent treatments that left me completely refreshed. I was initially a bit nervous about cleanliness after seeing some mixed reviews online, but I can confidently say the rooms were spotless and meticulously maintained. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the room service menu surprised me with its quality and tasteโsome dishes were surprisingly good. The mini-bar is well-stocked and replenished daily, which is a nice touch. Overall, the service was attentive and friendly, and the whole vibe of the hotel exudes sophistication without feeling overly formal. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Kuala Lumpur with great amenities and a lovely atmosphere, this place is definitely worth considering.
Staying at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur was an absolute highlight of my trip! The location is unbeatableโjust a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, with shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions all within easy reach. Even though the hotel has been around for a while, itโs impeccably maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortableโmy bed was so cozy I slept through the night without even moving. What truly stood out was the service: from check-in to checkout, every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcomingโlike being treated like family. The breakfast buffet was next level: endless variety including Western, Asian, and local favorites like nasi lemak and satay, all fresh and delicious. I never got tired of it, even after several days. If youโre looking to splurge a little, the Executive Lounge is worth every pennyโafternoon tea and evening cocktails are top-notch with a relaxed, elegant vibe. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel hits all the right notes. Iโll definitely be back the next time I visit Kuala Lumpur!
Arriving in Kuala Lumpurโs City Center, Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur immediately stands out with its striking presence. What makes it truly special is the lobby located on the 39th floorโstepping out of the elevator feels like entering a sky-high sanctuary. The view of the Petronas Towers and TRX shopping district unfolds right before you, and itโs breathtaking. I stayed in a room with two single beds offering city views. The roomโs design features warm wood tonesโcalm, elegant, and never over-the-top. The beds were generously sized, plush yet supportive, giving that perfect embrace as soon as you lie down. Reading lights on both sides of the bed are a thoughtful touch, typical of a luxury hotel done right. The space is spacious, with a large glass desk and a cozy sofaโmy favorite spot to unwind with a cup of tea while watching the city life unfold outside. The wardrobe area is cleverly designed like a dressing room, making getting ready effortless. The bathroom features a well-executed wet/dry separation. While the bathtub has a glass panel facing the window for a scenic view, it does require some privacy awareness if traveling with a partner. At night, drawing the curtains and playing soft music helped me completely relax. The bedding felt luxurious, the pillows were just the right height, and I slept through the night without a single disturbance. Waking up to sunlight streaming through the curtain slits was pure serenity. This stay wasnโt just comfortableโit felt like finding a quiet moment of peace in the heart of the city. A memorable experience, highly recommended.
Just wrapped up my trip to Malaysia and honestly, Mandarin Oriental in Kuala Lumpur exceeded all my expectations. Even with my limited English, check-in and the entire stay went smoothlyโstaff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We booked a twin room for my parents, and they kindly added an extra bed at no charge, making our three-day stay much more comfortable and stress-free. The housekeeping was thorough every day, and while the interior design has a slightly 80s-style opulent vibe, itโs clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly cozy. My parents even took a swim in the poolโsaid it felt luxurious and relaxing. Walking out of the lobby and turning right brings you straight to the Petronas Towers in just a few minutes. Everything is within easy reach: restaurants, shopping malls, transit hubsโperfect for exploring. On our last day, we caught the high-speed train from KL Sentral directly to the airportโsuper convenient. If time is tight, Iโd recommend the double-decker sightseeing bus; it hits all major landmarks. I bought tickets on-site, but later found out the platform offered better ratesโnext time Iโll book in advance. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value, comfort, and service. A genuine highlight of the trip!
My stay at Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences was absolutely excellent. It was my first time staying right beside Pavilion KL, and the location couldnโt be betterโjust steps away from shopping, dining, and entertainment. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed with a modern touch. I didnโt take any photos early on (oops!), so itโs a bit messy in memoryโbut trust me, the vibe was top-notch. What really stood out were the staff: incredibly friendly, proactive, and always willing to help without being pushy. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. For a great blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality, this hotel is a must-try if you're visiting Kuala Lumpur. Iโll definitely be back.
