Three rooms were thoughtfully arranged on the same floor by staff member Shan Shan, making it easy for our group to look after each other. Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction.
