Cleanliness throughout the rooms was outstanding, and any request was met promptly with no hesitation. During one of our transfers, I accidentally left some valuable personal items on the shuttle. To my relief, the driver (who I believe was Khalid) found them and returned everything personally—truly heartwarming. I’d like to sincerely thank Saad, Saeed Al Zahrani, Ayman Al Qurani, Khaled Al Zahrani, Wessam, and others whose names I didn’t catch—your kindness and gentle demeanor made a lasting impression.
