The room had large windows, giving a very open and calming feel, and the value for money was excellent. It's just a short walk to the themed street, so there are plenty of great dining options nearby—location is perfect! The only downside was that I booked a late checkout, but staff kept misunderstanding and I had to clarify twice. It was a bit frustrating, but overall, the stay was still very positive. Great hotel with solid comfort and convenience.

It’s a solid choice if you’re passing through, need a quick place to rest, and don’t mind a slightly tucked-away location. Plus, it’s close enough to public transit for easy access to downtown Incheon or the airport. Not fancy, but functional and affordable for a short stop.

The location is convenient with easy access to Sinam Station and nearby bus stops, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room cleanliness was terrible—hair stuck in the bathtub, heavy grime buildup in the corners of the walls, and I even found what looked like spit marks on the wall near the bed. It was genuinely disgusting. To make matters worse, they charged a mandatory late-night fee for consecutive stays—the first time I've ever encountered this kind of extra charge, and it felt like being ripped off. Despite the good transport links, the hygiene issues are unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

I strongly recommend updating the listing details to avoid future guests facing the same problem. That said, once I found the right place, I was happy to discover free coffee and an espresso machine in the common area, plus a microwave available for guest use—very handy for travelers needing to heat up food. These small touches really add value, even if the name mix-up was frustrating.
