The underground parking is a huge plus for those driving—it’s secure and easy to access. The room itself was spotless, with clean linens and a well-maintained bathroom. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like good lighting and quiet air conditioning. Being right next to Baixin Plaza means shopping, dining, and entertainment are all within steps—perfect for a relaxing city break. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The spacious layout feels open and airy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook lush greenery. Waking up to that view first thing in the morning instantly lifts your mood. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. Total relaxation mode: unlocked. Service is also top-notch—special shoutout to Dana, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She made the stay feel personal and memorable.
