Blossom House·HouHai Beijing

Staying at Blossom House·Hou Hai Beijing in Yangfang Hutong was such a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Houhai Lake and the Drum Tower, making it perfect for exploring Beijing’s historic heart. The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

The PuXuan Hotel and Spa

Staying at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing was a delightful experience overall. The room size was just right—not too cramped, not overly spacious—and being just steps from the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The twin beds were slightly smaller than expected, but the mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs—perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and soft center. However, the wonton soup could use more depth in flavor. Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. Despite minor room for improvement, the hospitality, location, and value for money made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Beijing!

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The courtyard-style layout gives it a unique charm—calm, cozy, and a nice break from the bustling city outside. The room was well-equipped with a smart toilet and all the essentials you’d expect from a modern hotel. I appreciated having access to an on-site laundry facility and fitness equipment—very convenient for longer stays. Cleanliness was top-notch; the room was spotless upon arrival and maintained throughout my visit. The location isn’t super visible from the street, but the navigation is straightforward and clear. Inside, the ambiance is peaceful and thoughtfully designed. And the front desk staff? Absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. This place offers excellent value and a truly memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back when I visit Beijing again.

As a local Beijing resident, I took my kids on a weekend exploration of the traditional hutongs and wanted to experience authentic old Beijing culture. This hotel stood out for its great location, charm, and excellent value. From the moment we walked in, the warm welcome and complimentary tea at the front desk set a cozy tone. The room was incredibly comfortable with soft bedding and smart devices that made everything seamless. Free parking was a huge plus for us as we traveled by car. Staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Breakfast was hearty, well-balanced, and satisfying—perfect for starting the day right. Breakfast was a highlight—offering both buffet and à la carte options, which catered perfectly to different tastes and needs. I especially appreciated the on-site community cafeteria serving authentic local Beijing dishes. It’s a great spot to enjoy a casual meal, and just steps away from some of the best roast duck restaurants in town. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed—from the convenience to the hospitality. A true gem in central Beijing.

TRUE GO Hotel(Beijing Tiananmen Square)

My stay at TRUE GO Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square) truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful—they even offered to carry my luggage and gave me a detailed overview of hotel amenities and nearby attractions. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making it super convenient for sightseeing. My room was clean, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. Whenever I had a small request or question, the team responded quickly and with genuine care—always with a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home away from home. The service, attention to detail, and overall atmosphere make this place stand out. I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.

Beijing Jinlin Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Subway Station Branch)

Staying at Beijing Jinlin Hotel was an absolute delight! The front desk staff went above and beyond—gave us a complimentary room upgrade, and the space was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the shower: strong water pressure and perfect temperature, making every evening soak feel like a mini spa treatment. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The housekeeping team was incredibly friendly too—always smiling and greeting guests with warmth. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch throughout the stay. I’d definitely come back again. Just one little suggestion: if they could add free bath mats in each room, it would be even more perfect! Definitely worth recommending to friends and colleagues—this is exactly the kind of hotel that makes travel enjoyable.
