She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality—the front desk staff were friendly and proactively arranged the best and most comfortable room for me. The hotel offers butler service, and the duty manager, Xiao Li, personally recommended some local hidden gem restaurants nearby—truly helpful! Breakfast was excellent, featuring authentic Wuhan street food and traditional dim sum that tasted delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM, which gave me extra flexibility with my travel plans. Overall, an outstanding experience. I’ll definitely come back if I ever visit Wuhan again.
