Two bathrooms and ample closet space made everything convenient. Dining options were affordable too, perfect for longer stays or family trips. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, with just the right thickness of duvet for the room temperature. The bathrobe was soft and warm—so cozy I almost wanted to take it home! Staff were exceptional; they reached out via WeChat in advance to check if we had any special needs, and check-in/check-out went smoothly and stress-free. One tiny suggestion: after cleaning, could they please switch the showerhead back to handheld mode? Every staff member we met went above and beyond—warm, polite, and attentive in the most natural way, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options and the ability to order à la carte. I even treated myself to a full-body massage before check-out—the therapist, Lucy, had incredible technique and left me completely relaxed. From start to finish, the service, amenities, and overall atmosphere exceeded all expectations. This isn’t just a great hotel—it’s become our favorite place to stay.
