Staying at Conrad Urumqi was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to popular spots like Bazaar and Tian'er Street, and even the Regional Museum is within easy reach. The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping complex, so dining, shopping, and entertainment are all right on-site. I especially want to highlight Grace—the level of service she provided was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. From reminding us about mini-bar charges to guiding us through Wi-Fi setup, she covered every detail with care. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Everything about this stay felt polished and personalized.
