The bedside clock looks exactly as it did a decade ago—no signs of wear at all. It’s genuinely surprising and touching to see such consistency. Despite ongoing renovations, service levels remain top-notch, and every staff member I interacted with was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Kudos to the team for keeping the standard so high. Unfortunately, I heard the hotel will be rebranding soon—making this stay feel even more special. Staying at Lead-Goal Premier Hotel in Changsha's Wuyi Square was an absolute delight. The hotel staff, especially Ella the concierge, went above and beyond—she patiently answered all our questions about transportation, local cuisine, and must-visit attractions, even sending us a detailed itinerary before check-in. Our room was upgraded free of charge by the front desk team, which made the stay even more special. On January 2nd, the housekeeping staff left a sweet handwritten note with a small gift—so thoughtful! Though I didn’t get a photo, it truly warmed my heart. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to both Line 2 and Line 6 of the metro, making it super easy to explore downtown Changsha. Everything from service to convenience was top-notch. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home. Definitely coming back next time.
